SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
At this time, Wellness Origin ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States. We are currently not shipping Internationally or outside the continental US. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We endeavor to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. However if we are out of stock on an item it may take a few additional days to ship the merchandise. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We will not be able to notify you via email when your order has shipped because of the multiple facilities our products are shipped from. Expect your products to arrive in multiple shipments. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items to insure none were damaged during shipping. If there are damaged items, please read our return policy for the appropriate information.

SALES TAX:
Wellness Origin charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

RETURN POLICY:
All unopened retail products purchased within 30 days can be returned for a credit to your account to be used at Wellness Origin.  No returns or refunds given for food products. Please call customer service at 317-979-1234 if there are any issues with perishable food purchases. Cash, Check or Credit Card purchases will not be refunded.
