Lie-down red light therapy at Wellness Origin Spa in Carmel, Indiana. In this 30-minute session you rest on the table while red and near-infrared light treat the front and back of the body at the same time. No standing. No flipping over halfway through.

What to Expect
You will change into underwear or a swimsuit. We provide a barrier on the table and protective goggles. The full-body blanket wraps so both sides receive light in one visit. Sessions feel comfortable, with a gentle warmth and no downtime. Most clients use this after a massage, after a workout, or as a standalone recovery visit. For best results, plan a short series rather than a single session.

What to Expect
The body blanket and face mask run together so you stay on the table for 30 minutes. Red light supports the look of the skin at the surface. Near-infrared light is used for deeper comfort and recovery. Goggles are provided. There is no downtime. This pairs well after a facial or as its own glow-and-reset visit.
